We offer an expanded Continental breakfast in the dining room at no extra charge. Since our rooms are smoke free, you can enjoy smoking on the balconies or the Rooftop Terrace. You are welcome to have visitors at La Perla. We are unable to accept pets.
RATES: As a Fully Licensed Hotel, we can provide Mexican “factura” expense receipts. The price per night is for single or double occupancy and does not include 16% IVA (federal tax) and 3% bed/lodging taxes.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay is due at the time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card through PayPal or direct deposit to a U.S. checking account. Rooms are only held after receiving the reservation deposit. The balance is due upon arrival using any major credit card, PayPal or cash. Sorry, we are unable to accept checks once you arrive.
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES: Check-in is after 2 PM and check-out is by 12 Noon. These times are flexible and if possible, we are pleased to accommodate special requests.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If you cannot make your reservation, you may use your full deposit within two years for a future reservation or we will attempt to re-rent the space reserved for you. If re-rented, you will receive a refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
